Thank you for choosing our nail salon for your beauty needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment for you and our other clients, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you are running late, please call us to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that this may affect the quality of your service or shorten or reschedule the service.

 Full fees still apply to shortened services due to tardiness 

 Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the service. Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings.

 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be applied toward your service.
We accept [Cash, e-transfer, credit, AMEX].
Prices are subject to change without notice.

 To maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. 

 Please reschedule if you're feeling unwell, showing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to contagious conditions.
Inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
For lash, brow, or skincare services, arrive with a clean face, free of makeup or creams.

Your satisfaction matters! If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
No refunds are given, but adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

 For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets to your appointment (service animals exempt with notice). 

 We may take photos of your results for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know. We completely respect your privacy.
